This is why we offer FREE SHIPPING, and SAME DAY DELIVERY on orders over $150 in the GTA area and Niagara region.
Because our focus is to bring you the best experience, our customer care and service will require small orders between $100 and $149.99 to be charged a $10 shipping fee, and orders from $0.01 to $99.99 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.
Remote areas in Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory) will be subject to a flat $100 fee on all orders due to the complexity of shipping to these regions. Please email us for any inquiries at, info@wavex.tv
At WaveX, our promise is to put you first. Orders are dispatched within two business days and will typically take up to 5-8 business days to be delivered.
RETURNS
At WaveX, we value your customer experience which is why we offer a full product return within 30 days of your purchase* if the product does not meet your required expectations. We believe in full customer satisfactory and will always be available to chat about your experience with us. To inquire about a request for refund, please email us at info@wavex.tv
* Limitations: Full refund is only applicable within 30 days of purchase. The product must be shipped back to the address provided in the return information email, and shipping cost must be paid for by the returnee. The product must be packaged in its ORIGINAL packaging with ALL components intact and will be inspected by our returns team for eligibility on refund. A full refund will not be guaranteed if we find the item to be tampered with.
At WaveX, quality is ensured- however on the super rare and unlikely chance that your product is faulty, please send us an inquiry at info@wavex.tv for next steps. You will be asked to provide picture evidence of the damage, and a customer support agent will provide you with options for a store credit reimbursement, or an exchange. Additional shipping costs may be required depending on the circumstances.
