* Limitations: Full refund is only applicable within 30 days of purchase. The product must be shipped back to the address provided in the return information email, and shipping cost must be paid for by the returnee. The product must be packaged in its ORIGINAL packaging with ALL components intact and will be inspected by our returns team for eligibility on refund. A full refund will not be guaranteed if we find the item to be tampered with.

You will be asked to provide picture evidence of the damage, and a customer support agent will provide you with options for a store credit reimbursement, or an exchange.
